Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform. You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud experience.
• Independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (e.g., Workday, Active Directory, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience building lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Relocation) and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments.
