Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain an enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform. You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver secure IAM solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, RBAC, access certification, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade apps/services.
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC experience.
• Configure/troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows from day one.
• Identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and IDPs.
• RBAC models and lifecycle workflows knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
