Job summary

EY is hiring a Government and Public Sector SailPoint Engineer in San Antonio, with 3+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ experience. The role supports 60% in-person engagement as part of EY’s hybrid model and offers a broad benefits package.

The candidate will install, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ, develop workflows and policies, manage provisioning lifecycles, and stay updated on cybersecurity trends to serve federal clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify engagement and client service issues and communicate to the on-site team.
• Stay informed of current cybersecurity trends relevant to services being delivered.
• SailPoint Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, and policies.
• Manage lifecycle events including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, and reviews.
