Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC seeks a seasoned Sage Intacct Solution Architect Associate Director to lead delivery and architecture across complex ERP engagements. You will own current- and future-state designs, data conversions, and integrations while guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes for diverse clients.

You’ll also drive sales enablement, develop junior staff, mentor teammates, and champion AI-enabled transformations that modernize financial operations

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in finance/accounting and ERP consulting.
Hands-on Sage Intacct expertise including core and advanced modules.
Proven project management and multi-workstream leadership in professional services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct engagements including implementations and phased rollouts with PM discipline.
Own solution architecture across engagements, defining current- vs future-state design and integration patterns.
Collaborate with sales, deliverables, and client relationship teams to drive successful outcomes.
Coach and develop junior team members and foster continuous learning and AI-enabled transformation.
