Job summary

CLA is seeking a Business Software Director – Sage Intacct to lead the regional business software consulting practice within the CLA Digital Team. The role focuses on developing staff, business plans, and fiscal budgets, while delivering Sage Intacct solutions for clients.

You will supervise engagements, coordinate project delivery, and advance initiatives across offices to ensure consistent service delivery and growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required – 8 years preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (degree equivalence considered).
• Must have construction experience.
• Must have Sage Intacct implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a strategic thinker and problem solver for the business software team, articulating complex topics and overseeing development and implementation of business software solutions for clients.
• Monitors action plans for multiple projects, delegates assignments based on team strengths, and builds client relationships to promote new services and referrals.
• Develops improvement programs with local offices to enhance consulting capabilities and align delivery with initiatives.
