Qualifications

• 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions required (8 years preferred).
• 3 years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required (degree equivalent considered).

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
