Job summary

CLA is seeking a Business Software Director - Sage Intacct to lead the software consulting practice within the region. This role develops staff, business plans, and budgets while directing multiple implementation projects for firm clients.

The position requires extensive Sage Intacct experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex software deployments to construction clients and other sectors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions; 8 years preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required (degree equivalence considered).

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the software implementation team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
• Must Have Construction Experience as well as Sage Intacct Implementation Experience.
