Job summary

Andersen in Los Angeles seeks a Sage Intacct Implementation Manager to own end-to-end Intacct engagements for private-company clients, leading scoping, design, configuration, data migration, integration, go-live, and post-go-live support.

You will guide multi-client implementations, translate accounting processes into robust Intacct configurations, supervise staff, and manage scope, budget, and timelines with stakeholders. Excellent communication and certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years implementing Sage Intacct, leading full-lifecycle Intacct implementations end to end.
• Active Sage Intacct Implementation Certification; additional certifications preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core finance operations.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements and managing scope, budget, and timeline; capable of end-user training.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and system integrations (API/CSV loads).
• Advanced Excel and reporting/BI fluency; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementations across multiple private-company clients: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, hypercare.
• Translate client accounting processes into a well-architected Intacct environment (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, multi-entity, consolidations).
• Design and oversee data migration, chart of accounts, opening balances, and historical transactions.
• Architect and implement integrations between Sage Intacct and adjacent systems using connectors, CSV, and API.
• Build reporting layer: financial statements, dashboards, KPI packages for client leadership.
• Deliver role-based Sage Intacct training and maintain training materials.
