Job summary

CLA is seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager - Sage Intacct to lead software implementation projects within the Digital Team. The role focuses on defining scope, staffing, timelines, and risk management while ensuring project quality for clients.

You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design implementation plans, and customize Sage Intacct solutions to meet business needs, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in project management required.
• 7 years’ preferred.
• Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
• Work with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and develop implementation plans.
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet client needs.
• Meet with clients to define problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues during implementation.
• Conduct implementation pilots and identify areas for product/process improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and provide training.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
