Job summary

CLA is seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager - Sage Intacct to join our Digital Team. This role leads software implementation projects, partners with clients to scope, plan, and deliver, and mentors junior staff.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience, familiarity with IS&T projects such as data integration and dashboard development, and a Bachelor's degree; PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in project management required.
• 7 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with IS&T-oriented projects (data integration, dashboard development, or software development) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Project Management Institute certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Meets with existing and potential clients to define business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and where new services/software can add value.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues during the implementation process.
• Conduct implementation pilots, identify areas for product and process improvement, and make recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
