Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager - Sage Intacct to join our Digital Team in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee the development of project proposals, manage scope, schedule, staffing, and risks, and ensure quality across IS&T projects including data integration and dashboards.

In this role you will lead a diverse project team, coordinate with stakeholders, promote agile practices, and mentor colleagues while driving continuous improvement and on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in project management
• PMI certification preferred
• Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop plans that support the firm’s digital initiatives and ensure that all projects are delivered on budget, within scope, and on schedule.
• Direct and manage the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks; coordinate and track issues and risks.
• Lead and oversee a diverse project team, promote a team-oriented environment and maintain relationships with stakeholders; ensure communication with MPs, Principals, executives and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure documentation for training and execution; mentor team members in project management best practices.
