Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager - Sage Intacct to lead software implementation projects within the CLA Digital Team. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and develop implementation plans, while configuring solutions to meet business needs.

You will mentor junior staff, manage project risks, and ensure documentation quality throughout the lifecycle. PMI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 years of project management experience required.
• 7 years' experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination).
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Configure and customize software to meet client needs.
• Meet with clients to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide advanced technical support during implementation.
• Conduct pilots and identify process improvements; make recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training.
