You will implement and support Sage ERP modules, gather requirements, design workflows, and train end-users to ensure accurate financial and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field required.
• 2–5 years of related work experience; 6+ years if no degree.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Sage platforms.
• Experience with report building, SQL, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and upgrade of Sage software modules.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations to translate workflows into system designs and dashboards.
• Identify root causes of system errors and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure data alignment between Sage and other enterprise platforms (payroll, CRM).
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and documentation.
• Instruct end users on system best practices.
