Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, electronic technology, or business management with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Education in microprocessor-based equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server/Desktop OS, network and database basics, SSRS is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT plant support for inventory control, MES, and warehouse systems.
• Perform data analysis and develop SSRS/Power BI reports.
• Convert reports from Crystal to SSRS/Power BI to improve readability.
• Support supply chain applications, process control, labeling, and desktop networking.
• Manage problem resolution, change control, and testing to protect the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Applications, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications teams on changes.
