Job summary

NEBCO, a diversified Nebraska-based company, is seeking a SAP Business Systems Analyst – Operations to lead the SAP manufacturing modules implementation and ongoing optimization. You will work with accounting, operations, and IT to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and actionable insights across production planning, MM, SD, and related areas.

The role requires hands-on configuration, data migration, testing, and training, bridging technical and business teams to maximize value from SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years implementing SAP S/4HANA or Tier 1 ERP in a financial context.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, and process design.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or distribution sectors.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Manufacturing modules implementation (PP, MM, SD).
• Configure systems, perform gap analyses, and advocate standard SAP processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs with partners and internal teams.
• Manage data migration, interface testing, and user adoption initiatives.
• Develop training materials and support change management throughout the project.
• Coordinate with IT, accounting, and operations to manage milestones and go-live.
