Job summary

Ottimate is seeking a Sage Product Manager to own the Sage ecosystem end-to-end within Ottimate. You will act as the "CEO of Sage" for Ottimate, shaping strategy, experience, roadmap, and implementation practices across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support.

You will own Sage Intacct integration, API migrations, reliability, and multi-entity configurations, ensuring a best-in-class experience for Sage customers within Ottimate's AP automation platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Solutions Consulting, ERP Consulting, Business Systems, or equivalent experience within financial software.
• Significant hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or other Sage financial products.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer and business outcomes.
• Experience with APIs, integration architecture, ERP data models, or financial system integrations.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps balancing new functionality, customer needs, and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with Engineers, Finance professionals, executives, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sage ecosystem strategy across Ottimate and Sage Intacct.
• Define a best-in-class Ottimate + Sage experience across the customer lifecycle.
• Own and prioritize the Sage product roadmap including migrations, reliability, and ERP workflows.
• Shape the end-to-end Sage customer journey from initial visit to renewal.
• Define Technical Onboarding standards and Sage configurations.
• Develop Sage content for external materials and partner enablement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
• Represent the voice of the Sage customer in prioritization and roadmap decisions.
