Elliott Davis is seeking a Sage Intacct Business Systems Consulting Manager to partner with clients to optimize ERP and financial systems across people, processes, and technology, with a strong emphasis on ERP and financial systems.

The BSC Manager is responsible for helping clients evaluate and improve the design, effectiveness, and scalability of their business systems technology stack, including Sage Intacct and integrated applications, and for looking beyond individual programs to uncover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• ERP implementation experience with Sage Intacct required.
• Proven experience leading multiple Sage Intacct implementations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, and technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Learn ERP systems and third‑party apps; assist with system implementation and restructure projects.
• Perform ledger and transactional flow analysis for corrections and reporting.
• Formulate plan and timeline for projects; manage complex ERP implementations.
• Convert records for input into new systems; coordinate and train clients.
• Handle complex payroll setups and advise on best practices.
• Supervise staff on projects and provide performance feedback.
