Job summary

SourceNow is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee company-wide safety, risk management, and workers’ compensation programs. The role includes managing workers’ compensation claims from initial incident through final resolution and developing a strong safety culture across operations.

The ideal candidate will investigate incidents, coordinate with carriers, providers, and TPAs, and implement return-to-work programs while ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Safety, Risk Management, Workers’ Compensation, or related field.
• Experience personally managing workers’ compensation claims from initial incident through resolution.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire workers’ compensation claims process from start to finish.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, carriers, TPAs, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Investigate workplace incidents and document root causes.
• Monitor claims activity, reserves, and status.
• Coordinate with insurance partners on complex or high-cost claims.
• Develop and deliver safety training and monitor OSHA compliance.
• Track safety metrics and implement corrective actions.
