Talent Wave Associates is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives in a high-hazard heavy construction and industrial environment. This role focuses on managing safety programs, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to improve safety performance.

Key duties include overseeing safety initiatives across operations, managing workers' compensation claims, conducting site visits and risk assessments, incident response, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety management within heavy construction or similar industries.
• Background in handling workers' compensation claims and case management.
• Ability to respond effectively to incidents and maintain composure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CSP and OSHA.

Responsibilities

About the Role
