Job summary

BFC Solutions is seeking a Safety & Workers’ Compensation Coordinator to support employees and field operations nationwide. The role combines claims coordination, safety training, and compliance administration with interaction across HR, operations, and partners.

The position is in-office with potential for hybrid scheduling for the right candidate, Monday through Friday, and offers opportunities to build expertise in workers’ compensation, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in safety administration, claims coordination, HR coordination, compliance support, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, coordinate follow-up, and obtain information from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims documentation from initial reporting through status updates and return-to-work tracking.
• Work with managers, HR, clinics, and insurance partners to obtain information and keep claims moving.
