Responsibilities

• Serve as the narrative DRI for system cards and related transparency artifacts from initiation through publication.
• Translate technical findings into public-facing materials with accuracy and nuance.
• Shape editorial structure and narrative arc of transparency artifacts to communicate what OpenAI has done and why it matters.
• Exercise judgment to determine what context and caveats to highlight and where supporting evidence is needed.
• Improve repeatable editorial processes, templates, and publication workflows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, synthesize sources, and improve consistency across artifacts.
• Build scalable workflows that accelerate transparency efforts over time.
• Support blogs, governance documents, and other technical safety communications as needed.
