Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in AI safety through past research or work experience.
• Ability to articulate specific bottlenecks and challenges in the field.
• Experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Write publicly about technical AI safety strategies.
• Run technical AI safety courses and project sprints.
• Provide one-to-one advising for researchers.
• Identify and deploy grants for technical talent.
• Map and recommend solutions for bottlenecks in AI safety.
