A global leader in third-party logistics, ID Logistics is hiring a Safety Training Supervisor in Kenosha, WI. In this role, you will deliver safety and compliance training, oversee new hire orientation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to safety standards. The job includes travel to various sites for training and evaluations.

Position Summary:
The Safety Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs focused on safety, compliance, and equipment operation. This includes leading orientation sessions, conducting OSHA-related and forklift/MHE training, and supporting the administration of the company's training management system. The ideal candidate will help onboard new associates with both technical skills and safety awareness, while actively promoting a culture of continuous learning and compliance. This role may require travel to support remote facilities and consistent adherence to company-wide safety and GMP standards.
Work Location: This is an on-site role
Work Schedule: This role requires the ability to work a rotating schedule between all shifts at the physical site. This schedule will vary each week including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as well as weekend shifts.
Travel: 0-10% and could include training the trainer opportunities at our growing start-up sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Safety New Hire Orientation programs at company sites across the U.S.
Deliver OSHA compliance, forklift/MHE, and safety behavior training for new and current associates
Travel to various company locations to conduct onsite training and evaluations as needed
Certify site-level MHE trainers and support their ongoing development
Monitor new hire progress through communication, coaching, roundtables, and evaluations
Assist with training management system tasks such as data entry, tracking, auditing, and scheduling
Support the development and rollout of training materials and job-specific learning content
Provide hands-on guidance to ensure proper acclimation of new hires to warehouse operations and equipment
Conduct periodic audits of forklift operations to observe safety practices and recommend improvements
Deliver refresher or corrective training sessions as necessary to uphold performance and compliance
Follow and enforce corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Uphold and support company safety rules through training and coaching
Perform other duties as assigned to support training and safety initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of hands-on in-depth experience with distribution or fulfillment center warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, picking, shipping, and inventory control
Experience operating various types of MHE equipment, such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
Familiarity with RF scanning methods and warehouse systems
Experience training or mentoring in a warehouse or distribution environment
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
Strong team orientation, reliability, and customer service skills
Ability to travel to support training needs at multiple sites
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA compliance training or certification experience
Hazmat experience within a fulfillment or distribution center is highly preferred
Experience with training management systems or e-learning platforms
Prior experience developing or customizing training materials
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
Passion for safety, continuous improvement, and associate development in the logistics or transportation industry
