Position Summary:
The Safety Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs focused on safety, compliance, and equipment operation. This includes leading orientation sessions, conducting OSHA-related and forklift/MHE training, and supporting the administration of the company’s training management system. The ideal candidate will help onboard new associates with both technical skills and safety awareness, while actively promoting a culture of continuous learning and compliance. This role may require travel to support remote facilities and consistent adherence to company-wide safety and GMP standards.
Work Location:This is an on-site role
Work Schedule:This role requires the ability to work a rotating schedule between all shifts at the physical site. This schedule will vary each week including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as well as weekend shifts.
Travel: 0-10% and could include training the trainer opportunities at our growing start-up sites across the country.
Competitive Total Rewards Package:We offer a competitive salary of$70,000–$80,000, plus a performance-based yearly bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays.
