Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive Safety & Learning Coordinator to support safety programmes, risk management initiatives, and learning development activities across the organisation.

Based at Lavender mrt, the role offers a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible to permanent based on performance), working 9AM–6PM, Mon–Fri, with a monthly salary of 3,600–4,500 SGD and opportunity to contribute to workshops, training resources, and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer safety-related programmes and initiatives.
• Support the appointment and engagement of designated safety representatives and stakeholders.
• Organise workshops, learning sessions, and community engagement activities.
• Assist in the analysis, documentation, and reporting of safety incidents and trends.
• Support the planning, tracking, and administration of workplace safety training programmes.
• Develop and maintain training resources, learning materials, and e-learning content.
• Research best practices and emerging trends in workplace safety and risk management.
• Prepare communications, advisories, and awareness materials to promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
