Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd (EA License: 19C9859) is seeking a Project Specialist to coordinate Safety Champions, organise learning communities, and develop safety advisories in response to incidents or trends. You will assist in analysing serious incident reports and designing customised bizSAFE trainings for champions.

The role emphasizes facilitation, training development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workplace safety and risk management.

Qualifications

• Certification in WSH, bizSAFE and ACLP is advantageous.
• Prior internship/work in safety management, policy development or training management and e-learning is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and research skills to study safety practices.
• Facilitation and presentation skills for briefings.
• Strategic thinking to develop frameworks and practical safety measures.
• Creative communication to translate safety concepts into engaging content.
• Experience with e-learning development and learning management systems.
• Understanding of adult learning principles for training materials.
• Passion for workplace safety and interest in safer environments.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with big-picture perspective.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer formal appointment of Safety Champions.
• Organise Community of Practice for Safety Champions.
• Promulgate safety advisories during incidents or adverse trends.
• Support supervisors to analyse and document Serious Incident Reports.
• Support supervisors to conceptualise, track and administer customised bizSAFE trainings.
• Serve as Point-of-Contact for Safety Champions.
