Qualifications

• Two (2+) plus years experience developing technical training curricula for construction or utility work required.
• Two (2+) plus years of project management and team leadership experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted year to year.

Responsibilities

• Develops training curricula for safety, quality, and technical utility construction and maintenance compliance.
• Facilitates training sessions in safety, field operations, and leadership.
• Oversees the OQ program and reports monthly compliance to leadership teams.
• Conducts field and office compliance assessments to ensure adherence to PHMSA/DOT and client standards.
• Maintains training documentation and ensures proper storage and disposal.
• Collaborates with operations to identify compliance risks and develop solutions.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements solutions to operational challenges.
• Ensures standards are incorporated into policies and tracks KPIs.
