Job summary

CPG Beyond, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager I - Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality safety training for field and facility personnel in Ashburn, VA. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company standards while engaging diverse audiences.

The role requires hands-on equipment knowledge and strong instructional skills, with a focus on improving safety performance and training effectiveness across projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in safety training or safety management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and NFPA 70E; equipment operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver instructor-led and virtual safety training courses.
• Conduct regulatory and company training including OSHA 10/30 and NFPA 70E.
• Create training materials such as manuals, quizzes, and evaluations.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Assist with onboarding safety orientation for new hires.
• Review incident trends and integrate lessons learned into training content.
• Collaborate with Safety, Operations, and HR to support training needs.
