DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Field HSE Supervisor to lead the Health, Safety and Environmental program across facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations. You will coordinate training, inspections and incident investigations, driving proactive risk reduction and a safe workplace for associates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in environmental/safety field.
• 1+ year of direct safety experience required.
• OSHA/DOT program experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate planning, administration, training, and enforcement of the facility's HSE program.
• Promote occupational health and safety awareness across the facility.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HSE training for hourly and management associates.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
