Qualifications

• Experience coordinating safety programs and training initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety recordkeeping requirements.
• Ability to manage training records, certifications, and completion reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day safety activities, maintain records, inspections, and corrective-action tracking.
• Plan and schedule safety, onboarding, and job-specific training with HR and supervisors.
• Conduct initial injury investigations and gather statements, photos, and documentation.
• Enter incident reports accurately and promptly for claims management.
• Prepare complete investigation packets for HR and management.
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety KPIs; track deadlines and follow up on actions.
