Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates preferred, with experience in manufacturing safety.
• Strong computer skills and experience in developing training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA and food safety standards, preferably GMPs and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve safety programs in compliance with OSHA.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Facilitate safety meetings and promote a safety culture.
• Own and manage facility-wide training programs for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with training records and documentation requirements.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Experience in manufacturing safety and/or training coordination

Strong computer skills (Excel, training systems, reporting tools)

Knowledge of OSHA and food safety standards
