Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, safety, construction management, or related field.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and ability to train diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with JLG machines and access industry standards.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading instruction on equipment operation to customers.
• Assist in developing course content.
• Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
• Provide feedback from customers on course content.
• Assist in updating training materials to keep content current.
