Job summary

JLG Industries, an Oshkosh company, seeks a Product Training Safety intern to assist with customer training needs, content development, and delivery of training materials for our equipment portfolio. The role blends office work with hands-on training and requires researching topics and configuring training materials.

You will help lead instruction on equipment operation, support course content reviews, and gather feedback to keep materials current, while developing experience in the access

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, safety, construction management or related field.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in conducting training to a variety of audiences.
• Knowledge of JLG machines.
• Understanding of access industry standards.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading instruction on equipment operation, both presentation-based and hands-on, to customers on various equipment platforms.
• Assist in the development of course content.
• Participate in course content reviews and pilot courses.
• Provide feedback from customers on course content.
• Assist in training material updates to maintain currency of course materials.
