Job summary

Hirsch Pipe & Supply is seeking a Safety Training Coordinator to strengthen our safety culture across locations. You will conduct safety and operational audits, coordinate employee safety training, and serve as a hands-on safety partner for employees and managers.

This role requires strong communication, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to coach at all levels. Travel to company locations may be required to support investigations and training, contributing to a proactive safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace safety and safety training.
• Ability to document investigations involving incidents and safety violations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety and operational audits to identify hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct employee safety training, including new and ongoing sessions.
• Train light-truck drivers on loading, securing cargo, and equipment use.
