CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a Safety Trainer to enhance workplace safety. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver training programs that promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance across multiple locations.

The role involves conducting safety orientations, maintaining training records, and partnering with operational leaders to improve safety standards. Strong presentation and organizational skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety training experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, HVAC, or related environments preferred.
• Experience delivering OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training programs.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety orientations, onboarding programs, and ongoing training for employees across multiple locations.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
• Maintain training records, certifications, attendance logs, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and recommend targeted safety education programs.
