Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration is seeking a Safety Trainer to deliver training, orient new hires, and sustain OSHA-compliant safety programs across multiple locations. You will develop and update training materials, conduct orientations, and track certifications, supporting a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in safety training in industrial, construction, or HVAC settings, OSHA 500, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety training experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, HVAC, or related environments.
• Experience delivering OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing safety training materials and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety orientations, onboarding programs, and ongoing training across multiple locations.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
• Maintain training records, certifications, attendance logs, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and recertification requirements to ensure compliance.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and recommend targeted programs.
• Support incident investigations with training-related insights and corrective actions.
• Promote safe work practices with operational leaders.
