This role is essential for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive accident prevention and safety programs, with a particular focus on construction environments and a preference for electrical safety experience. The Safety Specialist will be responsible for conducting work area assessments, performing and documenting jobsite inspections, delivering safety training, and ensuring rigorous compliance with federal and state regulations. Key duties also include evaluating program effectiveness through daily field walks, supporting incident investigations and job hazard analyses, and providing crucial coaching and feedback to promote safe behaviors among employees. This position requires 1-3 years of construction safety experience and OSHA 30 certification.
