Responsibilities include coordinating industrial hygiene assessments, training programs, incident investigations, and policy updates in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a safety or regulatory role.
• Process Safety Management experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 511 coursework preferred.
• HAZWOPER and Incident Commander experience required.
• ISO Certification knowledge preferred (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Training development and delivery experience.

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor leaders and employees to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action process focusing on root cause analysis.
• Update safety policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage Safety Training program including content, delivery and reporting.
• Lead hazard reviews and risk assessments for operations and process changes.
• Conduct safety assessments and audits at plant locations and implement solutions.
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Manage safety databases and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate industrial hygiene assessments and exposure control strategies.
• Assist with Emergency Response Team structure and drills.
• Perform other duties as needed.
