Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or related field, or equivalent combination with 8+ years experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and related compliance requirements.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and overseeing EHS programs in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards; support departments in implementing and evaluating control measures.
• Deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure awareness of regulations, standards, and safe work practices.
• Support the administration of the incident reporting and management system, ensuring accurate documentation of accidents, near misses, and other HSE events.
• Participate in workplace incident investigations, assist in root cause analysis, and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collect and analyze safety data to identify trends and prepare reports for management review.
• Maintain compliance documentation, safety records, and reporting requirements as directed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to support compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations.

Pay: $100-115k depending on experience

• Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and overseeing EHS programs in a manufacturing, industrial, or comparable environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant local, state, and federal compliance requirements
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, audits, and incident investigation
