Professional Teleconcepts, LLC is seeking a Safety Specialist to promote a safety‑first culture across field locations. You will conduct audits, coach teams, lead toolbox talks, and support incident investigations, ensuring PPE compliance and hazard controls are in place.

The role involves travel between sites, with a Fargo project site, and mixed on-site duties. A strong safety background and OSHA 30 certification are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities

Pay range $25.00- $35.00 per hour depending on experience **** The project site is in Fargo, ND. If you are not within a commutable distance, you may be considered if you are open to 75%-99% travel with monthly hotel accommodations and per diem.

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversight
• OSHA 30 certification
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license; must travel to various job sites
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at individual and group levels
• Ability to maintain records in well‑organized manner
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record while in the position, as consistent safe driving behavior is essential when training or setting an example for others

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely:Climb stairs, complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles
• Occasionally:Lift 26–55 pounds, bend/stoop, perform repetitive hand movements, use portable ladders, work at heights, work in confined spaces, work with arms above shoulder level, operate heavy machinery
