Job summary

Victaulic is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead site-wide safety, health and environmental programs at the Easton, PA facility. You will partner with onsite medical staff and plant leadership to maintain a safe and compliant workplace and to drive continuous safety improvements.

You will serve as the responsible voice for safety, coordinate training, incident investigations, and regulatory submittals, while ensuring adherence to corporate standards and local regulations across all shifts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll partner closely with onsite medical staff and plant leadership to maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace, ensuring adherence to all corporate standards and state and federal regulations while actively driving continuous improvement in the site's safety culture. You'll maintain a dotted-line relationship to the Global H&S Manager to execute corporate and regulatory safety programs consistently across the organization.
