Role Description

The Safety Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Andrews, TX, responsible for supporting and enhancing the company's safety programs in field and facility operations.   • Ability to work in field conditions, travel to job sites as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CSST, or equivalent) and prior experience in a safety or HSE role in energy, construction, or industrial settings are preferred.
