Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless in Denver seeks a Front Desk Safety Associate to lead trauma-informed safety initiatives, monitor building activity, and coordinate safety operations to protect residents, staff, and visitors.

You will develop safety plans, work with contract security and emergency responders, and maintain records while connecting residents with healthcare and support services. A high school diploma and experience in safety programs or trauma-informed care are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training in mental health preferred.
• Experience designing or administering safety programs with trauma-informed care principles.
• Experience with case management, housing counseling, or security operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement trauma-informed safety strategies and action plans.
• Check in/out entrants, monitor cameras, and identify risks to reduce incidents.
• Maintain records of safety assessments and coordinate with care providers.
