Colorado Coalition for the Homeless in Denver seeks a Front Desk Safety Associate to lead trauma-informed safety initiatives, monitor building activity, and coordinate safety operations to protect residents, staff, and visitors.
You will develop safety plans, work with contract security and emergency responders, and maintain records while connecting residents with healthcare and support services. A high school diploma and experience in safety programs or trauma-informed care are preferred.

The Front Desk Safety Associate leads safety initiatives for the organization, ensuring the well-being of residents, staff, and visitors. This role develops and implements trauma-informed safety plans, monitors building activity, and provides leadership and coordination for safety operations. The Safety Officer serves as a resource and liaison for staff, contract security, and emergency responders, contributing to a safe and supportive environment for all occupants.
Based at Stout Street Lofts at 2180 Stout Street, Denver CO. Working Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.
