Sheakley is seeking a Construction Field Safety Representative in Sheboygan, WI, on a 1099 contractor basis. Earn $45/hr with weekly pay, plus per diem of $125/ day for non-local candidates and a $150/month completion bonus.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (40 hours/week) on an Amazon warehouse construction project. Responsibilities include daily field safety support for excavation and concrete operations, maintaining field presence with craft personnel, conducting inspections, and ensuring

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field safety support for excavation and concrete operations.
• Maintain a visible field presence alongside craft personnel and project supervision.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, field observations, and hazard assessments.
• Monitor excavation, trenching, concrete placement, and reinforcing activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.
• Support excavation protective systems, access/egress, and spoil pile management.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans.
• Monitor heavy equipment operations and material handling activities.
• Communicate safety concerns and corrective actions to project leadership.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspections, and compliance records.
• Promote safe work practices through coaching and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Competent Person - Excavation & Trenching
• Heavy civil or site development experience
• CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
