Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. is seeking a Safety, Process Safety and Security Leader for Pryor, OK. This onsite role provides leadership and direct support to ensure H&S, PSM, and Security programs address risk with measurable results.

You will lead a four-person team, align safety objectives with corporate policies, and partner with EHS/PSM teams to drive best practices, training, and regulatory compliance at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Health and Safety experience in chemical or petrochemical manufacturing.
• Process Safety experience is required.
• Certified Safety Professional or Associate Safety Professional.
• Leadership experience in safety management.
• Experience working with government and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Participation in Process Hazard Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a detailed understanding of H&S and PSM risks and controls at the facility.
• Develop and align safety objectives, targets, strategies, and measures.
• Lead a team of 4 direct reports including a Safety Specialist, a PSM Engineer, admin assistant and Security Leader.
• Maintain OSHA programs and execution at operator and maintenance level.
• Oversee the site Security Program and Security Team to ensure conformance to procedures.
• Lead and follow-up on effective Root Cause Investigations of H&S and PSM incidents.
