Job summary

Amazon is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of its safety management system. You will contribute to goal-setting, intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, launches, and training for the WHS organization, coordinating with customers and stakeholders to address needs and communicate priorities.

You will excel in a data-driven environment, influence across levels, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• AdvancedExcel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs; SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Vision: contribute to strategy and roadmap for safety management system.
• Stakeholder and Customer Engagement: manage relationships and translate feedback into solutions.
• Operational Excellence and Change Management: drive change management for launches and iterations.
• Performance Measurement and Quality Assurance: set metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Tech Product, engineering, and other teams to deliver features.
