Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall Health & Safety program strategy and planning, communicate program requirements, negotiate priorities, and define success metrics.
• Apply project management best practices to drive plan execution, mitigate risks, and improve effectiveness to deliver results in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve program components and mechanisms to drive results and provide program status communication, deliver clear and concise summaries to leadership teams and effectively answer questions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and managing strategic, cross-functional, and business-critical safety programs and projects.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations to promote H&S program adoption.
• Effectively communicate and manage multiple, competing priorities while coordinating work across teams.
• Define, track, and monitor progress against success metrics and project plans. Analyze and report on overall project health using key performance indicators and success metrics, and accurately and clearly report on status against program objectives
