Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Workplace Health and Safety to support the end-to-end lifecycle of safety platforms. You will gather requirements, translate customer pain points into specifications, and drive solutions with data-backed recommendations.

Collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and tech teams is essential to deliver high-quality features and changes. You will influence product roadmaps, manage intake and prioritization, and ensure clear communication of priorities,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Vision: Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Amazon’s safety management system, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Stakeholder and Customer Engagement: Manage stakeholder relationships across functions, effectively communicating vision and progress.
• Operational Excellence and Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies for product launches and iterations.
• Performance Measurement and Quality Assurance: Establish metrics to measure success and ensure continuous improvement based on feedback.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Technical Product and Program Managers, engineering teams, and other partners to ensure high quality deliveries.
