Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) seeks a results-driven Program Manager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of the safety management system. You will gather requirements, validate problems, translate pain points into specifications, and drive data-backed recommendations with stakeholders and leadership.

You will partner with the DTS team and cross-functional partners to ensure the right feature set, while training and communicating progress to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Amazon’s safety management system.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to leadership.
Implement change management strategies for product launches and iterations.
Establish metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
